Price reductions for apartments if not full occupancy
Reservation and Cancellation:
- For the final booking it is necessary to send a deposit of 30% within 48 hours without which the reservation will not be considered valid.
- Cancellation: up to 14 days before the arrival date the deposit is refunded (withholding the transfer fee € 5.00), in different cases will be lost.
- For payments we do not accept checks, we accept cash, ATM and credit cards (No American Express).

- Availability of equipment in the apartments (dishes, kettle, microwave, drying rack, etc.)
- Bed linen and towels (first furniture)*
- Air conditioning
- Electricity, water, gas consumption
- Car Parking next Residence
- Internet wi-fi fiber
- Pool and gym entrance
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Final sanitation and cleaning € 60
- City tax
- Extra breakfast €10/person
- Daily cleaning
- Change of bed linen, towels € 12 per person*
- Baby cot + high chair € 20 per week
- Extra bed € 90 per week
- Sponges, detergents, tablecloths and consumables
- Pet small size € 50 per week
- Jacuzzi max 4 seats € 15/ seat
- Closed parking area (not guarded) on reservation € 12 per day.
The apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.
